Rustic 3BR, 2BA home in the quiet, quaint Windy Hill neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach! Conveniently located near Restaurant Row, shopping, bars, Barefoot Landing, and top golf courses. Walk or take a short golf cart ride to the beach (we can refer you to rentals nearby)! Enjoy our private fenced-in backyard with a luxurious patio, firepit, and seating area. A true home away from home in the heart of it all! We are family and pet-friendly, and can accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 fur-babies.
The space
Tucked away just enough from the hustle of Kings Hwy and Restaurant Row, this North Myrtle Beach home offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Ideal for families or groups, it features a master suite with a private bath, a cozy living room with counter-top dining, a full kitchen, two additional bedrooms, and a second full bath with a jetted tub/shower. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the small weight room with free weights, a treadmill, and a washer/dryer in this bonus space.
An updated back addition provides a perfect retreat for kids to play or watch their own shows while parents unwind. Double French doors lead to this versatile space, where the couch converts into a queen bed, creating a fourth bedroom. This room also opens directly to the fenced-in backyard, featuring a shaded gazebo, dining table, and firepit—perfect for relaxing and making memories.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property, including the patio—perfect for enjoying campfires with family and friends. Fire up the double gas/charcoal grill or take advantage of the smoker for those who love to cook!
A maximum of four cars are allowed per reservation, with free parking in the driveway and direct access to the front entry.
If you’re interested in renting a golf cart, we’d be happy to refer you to nearby rental companies—just let us know!

By booking this property, you agree to abide by the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the premises without refund.
*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)
*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT AT THE HOME (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)
*GUESTS MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY (please make arrangements with your group prior to arrival to ensure no more than 4 vehicles are on the property per booking- additional vehicles will be asked to find parking elsewhere)
*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)
*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST
*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed at this vacation home)
*NO UNDISCLOSED ANIMALS (we are pet-friendly with an additional nightly rate of $25 pending approval from the hosts... any pets "snuck in" will result in a $100 fee in addition to the nightly pet rent)
*ANIMALS/CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE YARD AT ANY TIME
*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS BEACH TOWELS, ETC
*MAIL IS NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILBOX (for monthly stays, please obtain a PO Box from the local post office)
*QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM-8AM (maintaining the peace with our neighbors is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the neighborhood will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)
*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)
*DO NOT LEAVE WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN
*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.
