New in 2022, we designed this home with a shared-privacy concept in mind. This 3 bed/3 bath cabin-style home has 2 living rooms on 2 levels, making it easy to kick back with your crew, or excuse yourself when in need of some time to unwind or work in private.

Ideal for 1-2 families traveling together who enjoy each others company, but also value privacy.

The space

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach lodge! Is it a treehouse? A beach house? A cabin? Feels like all of the above! This gorgeous 1980s build has the feel of a treehouse, tucked back in the trees, and only a half mile to the beach, giving our guests the best of everything! Bring Fido and the fam to this rustic lodge that sleeps up to 9 guests. Cook up some burgers on the grill, and enjoy rocking the night away on the front porch swing. Enjoy the residential neighborhood.

Built in the 1980s, this home has been refurbished to reflect a vintage cabin/lodge with all the modern conveniences of the 2020s.

In 2022, the bottom level of this home was renovated and now is like an apartment all on its own, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bathroom. Both levels have its own private entrance from the exterior :)

Each of the three bedrooms houses a queen bed with cotton sheets and light quilts for the ultimate comfort. One of the rooms has an additional twin bed.

Each of the upper level bathrooms contain a heater for post-shower warmth on a cool day.

Look out any of the windows and see nature! Trees surround this property on all sides and the landscaping has been kept as natural as possible to truly feel like you’re tucked back in the woods, yet you’re sooooo close to the beach!

The upper level kitchen has been fully renovated and redesigned to open the entire common area up to entertain the whole family, whether you’re streaming movies, whipping up an eclectic meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or playing board games around the original wood & leather kitchen table, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in this beautiful cedar home.

Ride in style around our beach streets with a golf cart (recommendations available), and take Fido for a walk through the safe and quiet residential neighborhood. This home is right around the corner from Sugar Life Ice Cream and Candy Shop, just a half mile walk or golf cart ride to the closest public beach access, and just over a mile to Food Lion, the closest grocery store.

Guest access

The entire home, available areas of the carport and driveway are yours for the duration of your stay. If stairs are a problem, please consider utilizing the bottom level of the home only, or ask us about one of our other rentals.

Other things to note

We happily welcome up to two dogs or cats (125 lbs combined max) for a $125 pet fee. Pets must be leashed in the neighborhood, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Please include your dog’s breed, weight, and age in your initial inquiry. Unregistered pets seen on security cameras will result in a $100 fine, plus pet fee. While we thoroughly clean between guests, you may occasionally find a stray pet hair.

🚭 No Smoking – Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

For guest comfort, smoking must take place at least 25 feet away, with proper disposal of cigarette butts.

A $250 fine applies for violations.

👤 Age Requirement – Primary guest must be 25+ to book and may be asked to verify ID.

🔊 Location Notice – This home is near a six-lane highway, and some road noise is audible.

If you’re looking for total seclusion, this may not be the best fit.
