About this space

Welcome to our Pet Friendly Oceanfront Paradise located in the beautiful, Patricia Grand Resort! Our unit is located on the 15th floor and offers gorgeous views of the Ocean from this Supersized Studio with a Full Kitchen! This newly decorated studio-condo comfortably sleeps up to four people, on two cozy queen beds with upgraded linens and blankets. Take a walk to the boardwalk or to one of the oceanfront bars for happy hour/ dinner. Come visit us and be sure to check our other properties!

The space

Entire studio is yours for the duration of your confirmed booking. This includes a full bathroom, kitchen and private balcony, and two queen-sized beds.

Guest access

Enjoy all the amenities of the resort, to include the pools, gym, tiki bar, business center and onsite restaurant!

Other things to note

We love dogs! Up to 2 small (50lb combined weight) permitted for $20/night. Mature, house-trained dogs only. No yippers or nippers that will disrupt other guests or neighboring rooms. Disruptive or destructive behavior will result in fines due to the reservation holder of $25/offense, replacement value of damages, or immediate eviction if the behavior doesn’t cease. We love dogs but cannot risk our host status as a result of poorly-behaved fur babies. Dog breed(s), age(s) and weight(s) must be declared with each inquiry. We do apologize, but under new resort management, dogs MUST be in the 20lb range, and no aggressive breeds.

We’re always happy to welcome guests traveling with legitimate Service Animals in accordance with Airbnb’s Accessibility Policy, at no extra charge. Weight and breed restrictions are not applicable for LEGITIMATE service animals.

If you’re traveling with a pet (non‑Service Animal), please include them in your reservation so the pet fee is applied automatically.

Please note: Misrepresenting a pet as a Service Animal is illegal and can result in significant fines. Service dogs must stay with their handler at all times and may not be left unattended in the room.
