Revel in the beautifully decorated beachy-themed suite and enjoy private use of an efficiency kitchen, 2 cozy queen beds, a full bathroom with custom-tiled shower, and your own oceanfront balcony. Unobstructed views of the ocean are yours as far as the eye can see! Enjoy the resort pools and nightly live music at the famous Ocean Annie's down below!

The space

Enjoy full access to this private studio for the duration of your stay. Your space includes a full bathroom, an upgraded kitchen, a private balcony with a cozy table setup for two, and two comfortable queen-sized beds—perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Please note that a mandatory resort fee of $30 per night is payable directly to the resort upon check-in. This fee covers daily and overnight parking, spa access (by appointment only), use of the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as access to on-site restaurants, retail shops, a laundromat, and lockout assistance. Also note that seasonal “live music” can be heard until 11pm from the room. If this will be a nuisance, we kindly advise inquiring about one of our other properties that are more quiet.

Guest access

Guests will have access to all resort pools and hot tubs, all resort beach accesses and parking garage access for one vehicle, access to the on-site spa ($$), laundromat, restaurants/lounges and Ocean Annie’s! Airbnb guests will not have access to the resort gym- please ensure this will not be a problem prior to booking.

Other things to note

Upon arrival, you are permitted to unload in the 15-minute parking zone while obtaining your room keys and parking pass from the on-site registration. Until further notice, bellmen are unfortunately not permitted to assist with luggage for private bookings. There is a utility wagon in the unit for you to use if needed.

Minimum age is 25+ to book, IDs may be required and will be kept on file with Airbnb.

No pets.

No smoking in the room or balconies. Resort has designated smoking areas.

Music from the band and fireworks on the beach can be heard from the room, please keep this in mind when booking. The band is required to stop music at 11pm. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
