About this space

Renovated 4BR, 3BA home in the quiet, quaint Windy Hill neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach! Conveniently located near Restaurant Row, shopping, bars, Barefoot Landing, and top golf courses. Walk or take a short golf cart ride to the beach (we can refer you to rentals nearby)! Enjoy our private fenced-in backyard with a brick grill, firepit, and lit seating area. A true home away from home in the heart of it all! We are family & pet-friendly, and can accommodate up to 10 guests and 2 fur-babies.

The space

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach while still being tucked perfectly enough away from the busy-ness of Kings Hwy/Restaurant Row, this house truly has everything a traveling group or family would need to feel completely at home.

The house itself has a master suite with private master bathroom, living room/dining area, kitchen, two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom and laundry room on the main level.

Heading upstairs you will find an additional second living room/space for the kids to play with their own TV, and a second master suite with private custom bathroom and queen bed.

For your safety and the protection of our property, we use Ring exterior surveillance to monitor the home 24 hours/day.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, including the large fenced-in backyard and front yard. Driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Additional vehicles will be asked to move off-site with the risk of being towed or ticketed as we cannot appear to be a party-house. Please make arrangements with your group prior to arrival to have 4 or less vehicles during your stay.

By booking this property, you agree to abide by the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the premises without refund.

*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)

*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT AT THE HOME (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)

*GUESTS MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY (please make arrangements with your group prior to arrival to ensure no more than 4 vehicles are on the property per booking- additional vehicles will be asked to find parking elsewhere)

*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)

*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST

*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed at this vacation home)

*NO UNDISCLOSED ANIMALS (we are pet-friendly with an additional nightly rate of $25 pending approval from the hosts... any pets "snuck in" will result in a $100 fee in addition to the nightly pet rent)

*ANIMALS/CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE YARD AT ANY TIME

*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS BEACH TOWELS, ETC

*MAIL IS NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILBOX (for monthly stays, please obtain a PO Box from the local post office)

*QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM-8AM (maintaining the peace with our neighbors is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the neighborhood will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)

*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)

*DO NOT LEAVE WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN

*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.

All 3 generations of our family enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to spread out in the home. The house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The quiet neighborhood is safe, situated near the golf course, and a straight-shot to public beach access. The hosts include all toiletries, cleaning supplies, bakeware, cookware, coffee, and even some welcoming snacks. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs, and the backyard is fenced and spacious. Communication with the hosts was great. Overall, it was a really great stay.

The home really worked out well for my family, we had a 1,3,8, and 11 year old grand kids with us. and we had plenty of room for separation... when when the young ones went to bed at 7pm and took mid-day naps. the neighborhood was very quite and safe. Ericka’s home was exactly what we needed to get away. We had our grand dog with us for the first week and he absolutely loved the fenced yard and of course how close this home is to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Ericka was an amazing host and will book with her again.
