Be our guests at this spacious 2-bedroom townhouse, built in the 1970s, centrally located, and close to everything in the heart of Myrtle Beach! Just a half mile to the beach and close to shopping, dining, and entertaining! This charming townhome is perfect for a small family, couples, or friends. Features include a semi-enclosed patio, full kitchen, and wood laminate floors throughout. Cool off in the community pool if you are not playing on the beach! Parking for 2 vehicles permitted.

The space

Step inside and enjoy a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated space designed for a relaxing stay. This townhome features a cozy living area, an extra-large TV, a counter-height dining table for four, and a semi-private backyard patio. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

This 1970s-era home has been well maintained and offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. While signs of age remain, it’s a cozy, no-frills space perfect for guests who appreciate charm over flash.

Please note: This is a two-story townhome with stairs leading to both bedrooms, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.

Sleeping Arrangements

🛏 Bedroom 1 (Rear-Facing) – King-sized ultra-plush bed, room-darkening shades, and a private smart TV.

🛏 Bedroom 2 (Front-Facing) – Two twin-sized beds, room-darkening shades, and a private smart TV.

🛁 Shared Full Bath – Located in the hallway upstairs, featuring an extra-large tub.

🚽 Half Bath & Laundry – Conveniently located on the main level, along with a washer/dryer for guest use.

For groups exceeding four guests, an air mattress is available for setup in the living area (bedding not provided).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire townhome, 2 parking spaces directly in front, and the community pool.

By booking this property, you agree to abide by the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the premises without refund.

*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)

*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT AT THE HOME (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)

*GUESTS MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY (please make arrangements with your group prior to arrival to ensure no more than 4 vehicles are on the property per booking- additional vehicles will be asked to find parking elsewhere)

*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)

*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST

*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed at this vacation home)

*NO UNDISCLOSED ANIMALS (we are pet-friendly with an additional nightly rate of $25 pending approval from the hosts... any pets "snuck in" will result in a $100 fee in addition to the nightly pet rent)

*ANIMALS/CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE YARD AT ANY TIME

*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS BEACH TOWELS, ETC

*MAIL IS NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILBOX (for monthly stays, please obtain a PO Box from the local post office)

*QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM-8AM (maintaining the peace with our neighbors is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the neighborhood will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)

*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)

*DO NOT LEAVE WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN

*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.

Ericka did a great job responding to our only question when we checked-in. The location while on a main road still provides easy access to the beach with a short (10-12 minute) walk. We had our baby and dog. Remember to bring a baby gate (Ericka notified us of this). I was able to login to any streaming app through Roku without any issues. Overall, exactly what we needed for our family (two adults, a baby and dog).

The house was what we needed for our stay - we brought along all our pets and it's hard to find a host willing to accommodate 2 dogs, a cat and a baby. Ericka was incredibly responsive when we ran into a maintenance issue and sent someone over the same day.

The upstairs king bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a rock.

The location is great - only a couple blocks to the beach.

The checkout instructions were not excessive and check-in and out was flexible and easy.
