Ideal for families or groups, it features a master suite with a private bath, a cozy living room with counter-top dining, a full kitchen, two additional bedrooms, and a second full bath with a jetted tub/shower.
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the small weight room with free weights, a treadmill, and a washer/dryer in this bonus space.
An updated back addition provides a perfect retreat for kids to play or watch their own shows while parents unwind. Double French doors lead to this versatile space, where the couch converts into a queen bed, creating a fourth bedroom.
This room also opens directly to the fenced-in backyard, featuring a shaded gazebo, dining table, and firepit—perfect for relaxing and making memories.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property, including the patio—perfect for enjoying campfires with family and friends. Fire up the double gas/charcoal grill or take advantage of the smoker for those who love to cook!
A maximum of four cars are allowed per reservation, with free parking in the driveway and direct access to the front entry.
If you’re interested in renting a golf cart, we’d be happy to refer you to nearby rental companies—just let us know!

*QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM-8AM (maintaining the peace with our neighbors is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the neighborhood will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)
*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The room was clean and well stocked for anything we needed. The modern shower was a nice touch as well. The balcony had plenty of room to observe the great view of the ocean. Ericka was always quick and friendly to respond to any messages I sent. I would definitely recommend staying here again. 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The place was clean and just as pictured! Loved the updated bathroom and the fridge was a nice size!
Enjoyed the balcony furniture as well and they left us beach chairs to use which made us feel like we fit in great!
Very kid friendly place without feeling surrounded by children, which we loved and thought could be a place to come back to.
Really liked how it was tucked away for the hustle and bustle, yet a close drive to anything. There was a local beach bar and two restaurants attached to the property as well as a convent store which was perfect.
Right on the beach, quiet location from hustle and bustle, easy access!

Cant say enough about it. Extremely clean and smelled great. It looks just like the pics. The shower was awesome. Love the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. The beach cart and chairs already being in the unit made it so much easier to get down to the beach. We could see the beachside bar and live band at night from the balcony. We could not ask for better accommodations. The views are amazing. The River City Cafe downstairs has the best food. The Sands Ocean Club has everything you need you dont have to leave the building. Great Great vacation.
