The space
Sparkling clean, equipped, and ready for you and your guests, this condo exceeds resort expectations while giving you the luxuries of home in a humble abode. Rest your eyes at night in one of 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or if you prefer pleasant sunrise views in the morning, the couch pulls into a sofa bed for 2 additional sleepers. The kitchenette offers our guests a full refrigerator and freezer, stovetop burners, a sink, microwave and plenty of cabinet storage with dishes, cookware and cutlery included. Enjoy your meals together at the 4-seater dining table, or on your private balcony with amazing ocean views. Guest access
Parking is free for our guests. You will have unlimited access to all pools and the tiki bar. Certain amenities like the resort fitness center and restaurant/lounge are not available to guests renting on the Airbnb platform.

By booking this property, you agree to abide by the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the premises without refund.
*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)
*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT AT THE HOME (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)
*GUESTS MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY (please make arrangements with your group prior to arrival to ensure no more than 4 vehicles are on the property per booking- additional vehicles will be asked to find parking elsewhere)
*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)
*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST
*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed at this vacation home)
*NO UNDISCLOSED ANIMALS (we are pet-friendly with an additional nightly rate of $25 pending approval from the hosts... any pets "snuck in" will result in a $100 fee in addition to the nightly pet rent)
*ANIMALS/CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE YARD AT ANY TIME
*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS BEACH TOWELS, ETC
*MAIL IS NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE MAILBOX (for monthly stays, please obtain a PO Box from the local post office)
*QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM-8AM (maintaining the peace with our neighbors is a high priority- guests causing disturbances around the neighborhood will be asked to leave the property immediately, forfeiting the reservation, and will not be eligible for a refund)
*NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND ON OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)
*DO NOT LEAVE WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN
*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.

This was a great place for our family of 3! The condo was clean and exactly as described. John and Ericka had very helpful info and directions were very clear. We loved being right on the beach and having access to all the pools was really nice! As others have stated, the resort itself was a little dated but still clean and friendly and a great location.

The air b-n-b was everything that we had hoped for and more! It was spotlessly clean and Ericka had a lovely welcome basket with some nice goodies in it for us. The condo was directly on the ocean-- with only the pools, decks and hot tubs, between the two!! What a terrific beach for shelling! Ericka provided us with a notebook with lots of helpful info in it. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this place and this host! Thank you, thank you, Ericka!!

100 + STARS! Ericka was an AMAZING host from start to finish.
The condo was better than described and the view was breathtaking, direct beach access just out the door on the property, sparkling clean, rapid communication, no issues, great snacks provided, plenty of towels, beach items, building quiet, no interaction with hotel front desk, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, plenty of hot water, great ac and heat if needed, as our last day was rainy, damp and cool and parking is free.
I highly recommend their condo!!!!
We will definitely stay here everytime we visit MYRTLE BEACH!
